That’s why we’re committed to providing a minimal cost adoption for every family we serve—from paying for home studies to covering court fees. But we can’t do it alone. The Heart Project is committed to serving every family with fairness, integrity, and in accordance with state adoption regulations. For this reason, donations made to The Heart Project cannot be designated for or directed to a specific adoptive family or adoption case.
All charitable contributions are placed into The Heart Project Adoption Fund and are distributed based on the organization’s next eligible adoption needs and financial assistance priorities. This ensures compliance with applicable state regulations and ethical adoption practices while allowing us to provide support where it is needed most.
